Windows SmartScreen warning is expected

This build isn't yet signed with a paid code-signing certificate, so Windows SmartScreen will show "Windows protected your PC" on first run. Click More info, then Run anyway. The source is public — you can audit exactly what you're running.

Requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11, x64
  • Any coding-agent CLI you want to actually spawn, available on PATH (not required for demo mode)
  • Node.js — optional, only needed if you build from source

Other platforms

macOS — universal .dmg, coming soon Linux — AppImage, coming soon

Both build targets are already configured in the project (npm run dist:mac / npm run dist:linux) but not yet built and verified on this machine.

  • Shift+Enter

    inserts a newline in Claude Code and Codex prompts instead of sending them.

  • Drag paths into terminals

    dropping files or folders from Windows Explorer — or dragging rows out of Termbay's own file tree — types their paths into the terminal, quoted when needed.
